POST-AND-BEAM KITS, PRE-CUT COMPONENTS, handcrafted from Eastern White Pine, the VERMONT and CAPE COD designs shown are priced with a salt box roof design and 6' 10" post height for 7' 4" overall wall height. Two 4' storage lofts or one 6' loft. One 3' beaded door and a 6' double bead board door with ramps. The CAPE COD buildings have two 24" x 41" double hung windows with shutters made from AZEK and the VERMONT series have two 4 lite stationary sash windows with AZEK shutters. Slab (not included) recommended for buildings 14' and over. Please consult your Walpole Building Specialist.
